Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns


To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@7ohhub.com with the following details:

  1. A request for the return
  2. A picture of the product you are returning
  3. The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label to: 60 Virginia ave, Long Beach, New York 11561

instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.

Exchanges


To get a different item, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@7ohhub.com.
